· Y-axis synchronously driven by dual 1200W servo motors + planetary reducers, The transmission structure is greatly simplified, effectivelyreducing the failure rate of mechanical transmission.
· Adopts a Field-bus Aabsolute encoding servo system
· The Ultra frame is integrally welded and formed, with an omnidirectional diagonal bracing design to enhance structural rigidity.
The gantry support structure is reinforced to withstand greater inertia.
· Match the ultra-fast cutting speed of the Ultra KT, the Z and W axes adopt 150W servo motors, while the X axis adopts a 1200W servo motor, achieving faster response speed for the W and Z axes and higher running speed for the X axis.
· Wider and more robust X&Y axis timing belts deliver greater driving force to the moving structures.
